If there’s one thing I’m certain of, is that worship calms the troubled heart in times of chaos. The world has quickly changed in a short period of time. There’s a lot of uncertainty running through our minds as we grasp for a new sense of normality. A few weeks ago, the Holy Spirit gave my wife & I this song as an anchor. He reminded us of His promises & His faithfulness regardless of what we see with our natural eyes. I wanted to share this song with you. It’s not as polished as my usual release but I felt the raw unplug version reflects what many people are feeling at this time… RAW!!! Let’s lift our eyes to Jesus and draw strength from the Lord. Remember Faith, Hope & Love will remain in the end.
Psalm 121
A song of ascents.
1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip—he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord watches over you—the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
